How to Request a Return or Refund
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Since our products are shipped from China, return shipping costs can be extremely high. Instead:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request and process your refund
Eligible for Refund
- Product doesn't fit your dog
- Your dog doesn't respond to the product
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Product was lost or not accepted by your carrier
Refund Process
Once we approve your return request, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show significant signs of use or damage beyond normal wear are not eligible for refund. However, we'll work with you to find a solution.
